holdd

holdd — escrow for social commerce Buying from a stranger on WhatsApp or Instagram means somebody has to go first — and somebody gets burned. holdd removes that: the buyer pays into escrow via mobile money, the seller delivers knowing the money is held and can't be reversed, and the buyer releases it with a 6-digit code once the item is in hand. If something goes wrong, the money freezes and is refunded. No app, no account, no sign-up. A seller starts a deal in 30 seconds from a link; the buyer gets one SMS with everything they need. Built on Moolre — wallet collections and payouts, verified seller identities, milestone payments for services, and shareable listings with stock control.

Escavio is a rent escrow platform built for Ghana. Landlords want advance payments. Tenants earn monthly and cannot afford lump sums. Escavio sits in the middle. Tenants verify their identity, top up an in-app wallet via Moolre Collections, and request properties. Once a landlord accepts, funds lock into escrow automatically. Landlords receive their money directly to their mobile money via Moolre Disbursements on a schedule they choose. If a tenant defaults, their security deposit covers the landlord immediately. An AI assistant called Ama helps tenants understand their lease and flags any terms that violate Ghana's Rent Act 2026. Landlords stop chasing rent. Tenants get a home without a lump sum. Kejetia App

Kejetia App is the trust layer for Africa’s social-commerce economy. Across Ghana, thousands of buyers and sellers already discover products, negotiate prices and close sales through WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and other informal channels. The market exists. The customers exist. Mobile-money infrastructure exists. What is still missing is trust. Buyers worry about paying and receiving nothing, getting a counterfeit or completely different product, or having no clear refund process when a transaction fails. Sellers face fake payment alerts, abandoned deliveries, preorder cash-flow pressure and difficulty convincing first-time customers that they are legitimate. This creates a major gap: a payment can be successful while the actual trade still fails. Kejetia App closes that gap by turning informal transactions into protected orders. A seller creates an order containing the agreed product, price, delivery terms and release conditions. The buyer makes payment, but the money is placed in a protected safe vault instead of being immediately released. Kejetia records the transaction, captures delivery or milestone evidence and releases the funds only when the agreed conditions have been satisfied. This gives buyers greater confidence that they will receive what they paid for, while giving genuine sellers stronger payment assurance, fewer fake alerts and a trusted way to sell to new customers. The platform is powered by Moolre’s Collections, Disbursements and USSD capabilities. For this competition demo, the Moolre integration is operating in a sandbox environment, meaning all transactions are simulated for testing and demonstration purposes—no real funds are moved. Core Features Protected orders: Buyers and sellers agree on the product, price, deadline and transaction conditions before payment. Safe vault: Customer funds are secured and released according to agreed rules. Buyer approval: Payment can be released after the buyer confirms delivery or completion. Delivery evidence: The platform can record delivery codes, timestamps, photos, messages and milestone proof. Merchant wallet: Sellers can view available, held and reserved balances. Payment links: Sellers can share protected-order links through WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok or the web. Structured disputes: Both parties can submit evidence through a clear dispute and resolution process. Preorder and milestone payments: Funds can be released in stages for mini-imports, custom production and other longer transactions. Transaction records: Buyers and sellers receive a digital history of payments, orders and settlements. API-ready infrastructure: Kejetia’s protection layer can be embedded into marketplaces, logistics platforms and other commerce products. The long-term vision is bigger than another online marketplace. Kejetia is designed to become infrastructure connecting payments, delivery evidence, merchant identity, lending, insurance and dispute resolution into one trusted commerce experience. Its defensibility comes from the transaction evidence created across agreements, payments, delivery events and dispute outcomes—not simply from generating payment links. Kejetia earns revenue from protected-transaction fees, premium preorder protection, merchant tools and future enterprise API integrations. As more transactions are protected, the platform builds stronger merchant histories, better risk controls and greater trust between unfamiliar buyers and sellers. We are starting with Ghana’s informal and social-commerce market, where the pain is immediate and transaction volumes are already significant. From there, Kejetia can expand across West Africa and other mobile-money-driven markets. Kejetia does not replace how Africans already trade. It makes that trade safer, more scalable and more valuable. Kejetia — what we agreed is what gets delivered. Live Demo Demo website: Kejetia.shop Customer account Phone number: 0246870679 OTP: 123456 Vendor account Phone number: 0241000001 OTP: 123456 Important demo note The current demo uses the Moolre sandbox environment. Payments, collections and disbursements shown during testing are simulated and do not involve real money.

Cover Ghana

Every day in Ghana, businesses and individuals do the same tedious thing: open MTN MoMo, send a transfer. Open Telecel Cash, send another. Open the banking app, send a few more. Repeat, one person at a time, for however many people they owe. Swife ends that. Upload a list — a spreadsheet, a pasted text, even a messy note — and Swife verifies every recipient by name, detects their network automatically, and pays everyone across MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AT Money, and every Ghanaian bank in a single click. Built on Moolre's Wallet, Collections, Disbursements, USSD, and SMS APIs, Swife isn't just a payment button — it's the trust layer businesses have been missing. Every name is matched against its registered wallet before a cedi moves. Every recipient gets an instant SMS receipt. Every business — even one whose customers don't own a smartphone — can reach every rail through USSD. And it's not only for businesses. A family sending money home to several relatives, a susu group paying out its members, someone settling funeral or wedding contributions — the same one-click engine works for the payments every Ghanaian already makes, just done properly for the first time. Five people or five thousand — the flow doesn't change. That's the point. Swife. One click. Every rail. Everyone paid. swife.app

SusuTrust

SusuTrust is a smart, automated mobile system that digitizes traditional African Susu savings groups (peer-to-peer rotational saving circles). Operating entirely over simple USSD phone menus(*919*4010#), it automatically collects contributions, sends payouts, and text updates. To protect your money, it uses a unique Trust Score Engine and a Safety Split Rule. When you win the pool early, a portion is held back as a guarantee. As you keep paying your rounds, that money is slowly unlocked back to you after contributing to a round. If you default, your held funds are automatically given back to the group pot so no one loses their hard-earned money. SusuTrust relies completely on the Moolre FinTech network to handle all its heavy lifting behind the scenes: Momo Validation API: Instantly checks that your sign-up momo number matches your actual mobile money profile to keep scammers out. Payment Request API: Triggers the automatic pop-up prompt on your phone screen so you can securely type your MoMo PIN to contribute. Transfer/Disbursement API: Automatically shoots the group cash prize—and your dynamically unlocked safety money—straight into your mobile wallet. SMS API: Pushes out all the automatic text reminders, warning alerts, and payment receipts.

Moolre Escrow: A Mobile Money Trust Layer Moolre Escrow is an escrow service built on top of Moolre's Collections, Disbursements, and USSD APIs, designed to enable secure transactions between parties with little or no existing trust. The Problem Mobile Money has made sending money fast and convenient across our region. However, the ease of transferring funds has also increased the risk of fraud, particularly in online marketplaces where buyers and sellers are often strangers. Buyers frequently hesitate to pay upfront because there is no guarantee that the seller will deliver the promised goods or services. Our Solution Moolre Escrow acts as a trusted third-party intermediary that securely holds funds until both parties are satisfied that the agreed transaction has been completed. The platform serves as a trust broker, reducing the risk for both buyers and sellers while remaining simple and accessible through USSD. How It Works Buyer creates an escrow using our USSD application. The buyer funds the escrow through Mobile Money using Moolre's Collections API. Once the escrow is funded, both the buyer and seller receive SMS notifications confirming the escrow and the amount held. The seller can verify the existence and value of the escrow directly through USSD, providing assurance that payment has been secured. After the goods or services have been delivered and the buyer is satisfied, the buyer authorizes the release of funds. Moolre's Disbursements API transfers the funds from escrow to the seller. Why USSD? Many users across Africa still rely on feature phones or have limited internet connectivity. By leveraging USSD, our platform is accessible to virtually any Mobile Money user without requiring a smartphone or mobile application. Primary User Need Imagine a buyer finds a product on an online marketplace and wants to purchase it from an unfamiliar seller. Instead of sending Mobile Money directly and hoping the seller delivers, the buyer deposits the funds into a secure escrow account. The seller can immediately verify the escrow using our USSD shortcode and confirm that the agreed payment has been secured. Once the buyer receives the product and confirms that it meets expectations, they authorize the release of funds to the seller. This creates confidence for both parties, making online commerce significantly safer while reducing fraud and disputes. Key Features USSD-based escrow creation and management Mobile Money collections through Moolre Collections API Automated SMS notifications for buyers and sellers USSD escrow verification for recipients Buyer-controlled release of funds Secure Mobile Money disbursements using Moolre Disbursements API Accessible on any phone without requiring internet access Value Proposition Moolre Escrow transforms Mobile Money from a simple payment mechanism into a trusted transaction platform. Rather than relying solely on trust between strangers, users rely on a neutral intermediary that securely holds funds until agreed-upon conditions have been met. By combining Moolre's APIs with a lightweight USSD experience, we make secure digital commerce accessible to everyone, helping reduce fraud and increase confidence in online transactions.

Flow2Bot — draw it, describe it, dial it. USSD, WhatsApp & Telegram bots built by AI. No code. In Ghana, launching a USSD or messaging service means developers, telco negotiations, and a payments stack so most businesses simply never do. Flow2Bot deletes that barrier. Describe your idea in plain English or upload a photo of a paper sketch and our AI builds the whole flow on a visual canvas. Test it on a virtual phone. Go live on USSD, WhatsApp, and Telegram. Every customer reached, smartphone or not. We built Flow2Bot deeply on Moolre — all four APIs, end to end: • USSD — flows are served live over Moolre's USSD gateway. Any merchant launches a real *#code without writing a line of code. • Collections — customers pay with mobile money (MTN, Telecel, AT) inside the flow, confirmed in real time. • Disbursements — merchants pay out earnings to any wallet straight from their dashboard. • SMS — receipts, OTPs, and notifications, delivered through Moolre SMS. Dial in → get served → pay → get your receipt → merchant gets settled. The full money loop, entirely on Moolre, with zero code. A market woman, a school, a church, a bank — if they can describe their service, they can ship it.

Your salary lands. By the 9th, it is gone. Prodasher splits every cedi as soon as it arrives. It puts money aside for rent, food, school fees and other needs, then locks the important pockets until they are due. Need to unlock a pocket early? You can, but you pay a 5% penalty. A susu collector takes a cut whether you stick to your plan or not. Prodasher charges nothing unless you break your promise. Prodasher is live and moving real money through Moolre today: https://prodasher.com HOW IT WORKS Set your payday and decide what percentage should go into each pocket. You only need to do this once. After that, whenever Moolre confirms that money has arrived, Prodasher automatically divides it between your pockets before you can spend it. For example, your money can be split into: - Rent - Food - School fees - Transport - Savings - Any other pocket you create You can use Prodasher whether you receive a salary, sell at the market, drive for a living or earn money in another way. Each pocket can be locked until a chosen date or until it reaches a savings target. If you unlock it early, the system charges a 5% penalty. This charge is recorded by the server as a separate transaction, so the app cannot hide or change it. HOW PRODASHER USES MOOLRE Prodasher uses all four main Moolre services in production: • Add money When you tap “Add money,” Moolre sends a USSD payment request to your mobile money wallet. Prodasher credits only the amount Moolre confirms. The app cannot make up or change that amount. • Withdraw money You can send money from Prodasher to a mobile money wallet on any network. Your Prodasher balance is reduced only after Moolre confirms that the transfer succeeded. • USSD Payment ID Every user receives a permanent Moolre Payment ID when they sign up. They can dial *203*<id># to fund their Prodasher pockets from a feature phone, without internet access or the app. • SMS Moolre sends every one-time verification code and every money receipt. Prodasher also uses Moolre to: - Show the recipient’s verified name before a transfer - Give each user a virtual bank account for salary payments - Confirm the final status of every deposit and withdrawal HOW YOUR MONEY IS KEPT SAFE Prodasher does not hold customer funds. Money is held and moved by Moolre Limited, which is licensed by the Bank of Ghana. Every amount shown in Prodasher comes from a permanent transaction record. Transactions are never edited or deleted. Money is stored as whole pesewas to prevent rounding errors. Before adding money to a user’s balance, Prodasher checks the payment directly with Moolre. Before sending money out, it records the transfer and processes one withdrawal at a time for each user. If a withdrawal has not been confirmed, Prodasher does not automatically try again. Doing so could send the money twice. Prodasher is not a bank and does not take deposits. Moolre holds and moves the money. Prodasher provides the pockets, automatic splits and commitment locks that help people make their money last.

PaddyMe

Everyone is trying to build the next payment platform. We asked a different question. What if the payment platforms we have are already good enough? Maybe what’s missing isn’t a new infrastructure. Maybe what’s missing is a better payment experience. Every day, we send money to people who matter most: our friends, family, colleagues, and communities. Yet, something as simple as paying someone still means sharing phone numbers and revealing full government names, switching between apps, and even searching for contacts. What if sending money felt as easy as talking to your paddy? Introducing PaddyMe. PaddyMe is a payment facilitation layer that connects the licensed payment providers you already trust and removes the friction around peer-to-peer payments. Instead of exchanging phone numbers, users can simply search for a unique PaddyMe username, send money, and PaddyMe automatically verifies when the payment is complete. No phone numbers, no screenshots, no uncertainty, and no full government name revealed. Need to pay your paddy (friend) back for lunch? Paddy it. Need to collect money from friends? Paddy it. Need a simpler way to handle everyday payments? Just Paddy It. We’re not replacing existing payment providers. We’re making them easier and more human to use. Because money isn’t just about transactions; it is about people. PaddyMe—Pay people, not phone numbers. Youtube link: https://youtu.be/Oqvwv6rAwm0

PaySmallSmall — Buy big. Pay small small. In Ghana, installment buying isn't a business model — it's culture. "I'll pay small small" is how millions of people already think about money. But nobody built a proper system for it, so it runs on trust, promises, and exercise books. Customers lose deposits when shops vanish. Shops lose stock when customers vanish. And most sales never happen at all, because the lump sum is the wall. PaySmallSmall breaks that wall. A merchant lists a product — say a phone for GHS 1,200. A customer commits to a plan they can actually keep: GHS 100 every week for 12 weeks. They pay the first installment right away with mobile money. Every payment triggers an instant SMS receipt — permanent proof. When a payment is due, we remind them by SMS, so plans get finished instead of forgotten. The money sits in escrow the whole time: the shop can't run with deposits, the buyer can't take goods unpaid. When the last installment lands, the merchant is paid out automatically and hands over the item. Nobody gets cheated — that's the whole point. Built end-to-end on Moolre: Collections take every installment in, Disbursements pay merchants out (and handle refunds), and SMS holds the trust together with receipts and reminders. Here's what that means for the ecosystem: a sale that would have been one transaction — or, more often, no transaction, because the buyer couldn't raise the lump sum — becomes thirteen transactions. PaySmallSmall doesn't just move existing payments onto Moolre's rails. It creates sales that were never going to happen. For shoppers: no lump sum, no borrowing, no shame. For merchants: customers who couldn't buy yesterday become customers today. For Ghana: the way we already buy, finally with a system behind it.

BranchLink

Businesses with multiple branches in Ghana often use one mobile money number to receive payments. When a customer pays at a branch, the money goes directly to the head office account, leaving branch staff unable to confirm the payment themselves. They have to call head office, and sometimes, fake payment alerts can lead to fraud, and business owners have no clear view of which branch generated each sale. BranchLink solves this without changing how businesses receive payments. It gives every branch a unique payment code while keeping a single merchant payment number. Customers simply pay using QR, card, any mobile money network, or USSD. Every payment is automatically tagged to the correct branch, allowing branch staff to receive instant confirmation on their dashboard and by SMS, while the business owner monitors every branch’s performance in real time from one central dashboard. Each branch can only view its own sales and transactions, while company-wide revenue and financial performance remain visible only to the administrator, ensuring privacy and centralized financial control. No calls to head office. No fake payment confirmations. No manual reconciliation. One payment number. Every branch accounted for. Powered by Moolre. Try the demo, experience it for yourself.

The problem. Informal savings in Ghana run on susu collectors: a person who moves door to door collecting small contributions and holds the pot. It is deeply trusted, but it is physical cash (easy to lose or misappropriate), it has no records, and the digital alternatives assume a smartphone and data that most savers do not have. SusuLink. SusuLink is that susu collector, rebuilt as software you reach over USSD. It works on any phone. A member dials *919*4006#, joins or creates a savings group, and deposits whatever they can afford straight from their Mobile Money wallet. There is no fixed contribution: GHS 5 today, GHS 50 next week, whatever they have. Every deposit is locked until the cycle the group chose, which can be daily, weekly, monthly, or a custom number of days (for example 20 days to save toward a specific event). When the cycle matures, each member cashes out their own balance back to Mobile Money and keeps almost all of it. Every deposit and payout is confirmed by SMS. Trust by design. SusuLink follows the collector model: what you contribute is what you get back, to your own number. Only you can withdraw your own savings. The person who created the group sets the schedule but can never move another member's money. That guarantee is the whole pitch for people who have been burned by cash going missing. Built on Moolre. One integration handles the entire savings loop, which is what lets SusuLink run on a basic feature phone with no internet.

Affordable point-of-sale technology for the shops that keep Ghana running, powered by Moolre. The Problem Across Ghana, thousands of small businesses still manage their daily operations with notebooks and mental calculations. Setting up a traditional point-of-sale (POS) system can cost a shop owner up to GH₵7,000, requiring a laptop and dedicated hardware. For neighborhood pharmacies, provision shops, and hardware stores, that cost is simply too high. As a result, many businesses continue without proper tools: sales are written in notebooks, inventory is tracked manually, profits are unclear, and digital payments are completely disconnected from the sales process. Small businesses deserve better. The Solution nStore transforms the smartphone already in a shop owner’s pocket into a complete point-of-sale system. For as little as GH₵50 per month, businesses get access to the tools they need to run and grow, with no laptop, no expensive hardware, and no large upfront investment. nStore is built offline-first, allowing businesses to continue selling even when internet connectivity is unreliable. Once the connection returns, transactions automatically synchronize. How nStore Uses Moolre Moolre is the core financial infrastructure that powers payments inside nStore. With Moolre Collections, customers can pay directly through Mobile Money at checkout. The shopkeeper enters the amount, the customer receives a payment prompt, approves the transaction, and the payment is received instantly. Each shop on nStore has its own dedicated wallet, giving every merchant an independent financial identity and transaction history. Through Moolre, nStore enables: Instant Mobile Money collections at checkout. Dedicated merchant wallets for each shop. Automated daily settlement directly to the owner’s Mobile Money account. Digital debt collection by sending payment prompts to customers who owe money. With nStore, a shop owner does not just record a sale, they receive the payment, manage their money, and build a digital financial history. Key Features Complete mobile point-of-sale system Barcode scanning via mobile camera for faster checkout Inventory management and low-stock alerts Profit tracking and sales analytics Customer credit management and reminders End-of-day and business performance reports Offline-first operation with automatic cloud sync SMS notifications and digital receipts Works on any smartphone without additional hardware Who We Serve nStore is built for the small and medium businesses that power Ghana’s everyday economy: Pharmacies and drugstores Provision shops Hardware and building-material stores Retail shops and neighborhood businesses These businesses keep communities running, but many have been left behind by expensive retail technology. The Bigger Vision nStore is more than a point-of-sale application. Every transaction creates a digital footprint for businesses that have historically operated entirely in the cash-based, informal economy. Over time, this transaction history can unlock new opportunities, including access to credit based on real business performance rather than traditional, restrictive requirements. Our vision is to transform every small shop into a connected digital business and create a financial bridge for Ghana’s informal retail economy. nStore. My Store. My Wallet.
