Tenants verify their identity, top up an in-app wallet via Moolre Collections, and request properties. Once a landlord accepts, funds lock into escrow automatically. Landlords receive their money directly to their mobile money via Moolre Disbursements on a schedule they choose. If a tenant defaults, their security deposit covers the landlord immediately. An AI assistant called Ama helps tenants understand their lease and flags any terms that violate Ghana's Rent Act 2026. Landlords stop chasing rent. Tenants get a home without a lump sum.
