After that, whenever Moolre confirms that money has arrived, Prodasher automatically divides it between your pockets before you can spend it. For example, your money can be split into: - Rent - Food - School fees - Transport - Savings - Any other pocket you create You can use Prodasher whether you receive a salary, sell at the market, drive for a living or earn money in another way. Each pocket can be locked until a chosen date or until it reaches a savings target. If you unlock it early, the system charges a 5% penalty. This charge is recorded by the server as a separate transaction, so the app cannot hide or change it. HOW PRODASHER USES MOOLRE Prodasher uses all four main Moolre services in production: • Add money When you tap “Add money,” Moolre sends a USSD payment request to your mobile money wallet. Prodasher credits only the amount Moolre confirms. The app cannot make up or change that amount. • Withdraw money You can send money from Prodasher to a mobile money wallet on any network. Your Prodasher balance is reduced only after Moolre confirms that the transfer succeeded. • USSD Payment ID Every user receives a permanent Moolre Payment ID when they sign up. They can dial *203*<id># to fund their Prodasher pockets from a feature phone, without internet access or the app. • SMS Moolre sends every one-time verification code and every money receipt. Prodasher also uses Moolre to: - Show the recipient’s verified name before a transfer - Give each user a virtual bank account for salary payments - Confirm the final status of every deposit and withdrawal HOW YOUR MONEY IS KEPT SAFE Prodasher does not hold customer funds. Money is held and moved by Moolre Limited, which is licensed by the Bank of Ghana. Every amount shown in Prodasher comes from a permanent transaction record. Transactions are never edited or deleted. Money is stored as whole pesewas to prevent rounding errors. Before adding money to a user’s balance, Prodasher checks the payment directly with Moolre. Before sending money out, it records the transfer and processes one withdrawal at a time for each user. If a withdrawal has not been confirmed, Prodasher does not automatically try again. Doing so could send the money twice. Prodasher is not a bank and does not take deposits. Moolre holds and moves the money.
