Team LYVO

LYVO – The Trust Layer for Digital Commerce LYVO (Legitimate Yielding Verified Operators) is a trust-based digital commerce platform designed to help customers safely discover and transact with legitimate online businesses. In Ghana, millions of online transactions happen every day through WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. LYVO is not just another marketplace. It is a trust infrastructure for digital commerce, designed to verify businesses before they earn customers' trust. By combining identity verification with secure payments, LYVO creates a safer environment for both buyers and sellers. Every day, Ghanaian sellers running paid ads on Instagram and TikTok lose sales simply because they didn't reply fast enough. A customer messages at midnight. The seller is asleep. By morning, that customer bought from someone else. Clerk fixes this. It connects to a merchant's existing WhatsApp number and handles customers automatically. It answers price and stock questions from a live inventory ledger, sends Moolre payment links directly inside the chat, and automatically confirms paid orders. Anything it can't handle—complaints, price negotiations, unclear requests—triggers a web push notification directly to the merchant’s dashboard, ensuring nothing falls through even if they step away. Clerk acts as a frictionless acquisition channel for Moolre. During a setup that takes just a few minutes, merchants can provision a Moolre sub-wallet right from their dashboard. Every Moolre sale goes directly into that wallet and sweeps to their MoMo or bank account daily. We turn offline sellers into active Moolre ecosystem participants, all without forcing their customers to download a new app. Our closest competitor charges GHS 370 a month with a 5-day setup and a human onboarding call. Clerk is live in minutes at GHS 49 a month for the first 300 automated replies. Because our native WhatsApp routing is practically free and our AI models are lightweight, our base cost per message is fractions of a pesewa. Even if a merchant maxes out their 300-reply base tier, we operate at elite gross margins. We are not building a chatbot. We are building WhatsApp-native commerce infrastructure for Ghanaian sellers, with Moolre as the financial backbone that makes it trustworthy, fast, and accessible to every seller regardless of their smartphone or their sleep schedule.

1. Executive Summary RunnerX is a peer-to-peer campus commerce and hyper-local dispatch marketplace designed specifically for high-density, high-volume university ecosystems in Sub-Saharan Africa. Launched at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in Kumasi, Ghana—home to over 89,000 enrolled students—RunnerX automates micro-logistics by turning students’ routine movements into an on-demand, hyper-local delivery workforce. The platform provides a decentralized, low-cost delivery alternative that outperforms legacy logistics platforms in both pricing transparency and geographic accessibility. 2. The Problem Landscape Legacy on-demand delivery and ride-hailing services (e.g., Bolt Food, Yango, Glovo) fail to capture the multi-million dollar campus retail market due to three distinct structural friction points: 1. The "Partner-Only" Menu Restriction: Traditional delivery platforms only aggregate structured, corporate merchants who pay high commission margins. This restricts students from ordering from informal campus canteens, roadside food joints, and neighborhood provision kiosks where they actually spend the majority of their daily budgets.

 2. Artificial Price Markups: To offset platform commission rates (often 15% to 30%), registered merchants on legacy apps inflate their online prices. Students end up paying a premium that does not reflect actual, real-world store prices. 3. Navigational & Geographic Inefficiencies: City-scale delivery vehicles and riders lack the hyper-local familiarity required to navigate complex campus pathways, academic blocks, and dense, off-road hostel suburbs (such as Ayeduase, Bomso, and Kotei clusters).

 3. The RunnerX Solution & Value Proposition RunnerX decouples merchant commission constraints from hyper-local fulfillment. By pairing campus requestors directly with peer student couriers, we deliver a flexible, highly tailored delivery model: * "Buy from Anywhere" Architecture: Users are not locked into restricted menus. Because requestors connect directly with a peer runner, they can order custom errands, printouts, cooked food, or grocery items from any canteen, market seller, or cash-only kiosk on or off campus.

 * True Store Pricing: RunnerX operates on a transparent, flat-rate delivery fee structure. Displayed prices reflect actual retail store rates, removing hidden platform markups.

 * Localized Logistics Optimization: Student couriers possess intrinsic geographic knowledge of internal campus gates, hostel configurations (such as Franco, Ultimate, and Standard hostels), and academic shortcuts, drastically reducing delivery times.

 4. MVP Architecture & Technical Capabilities The current MVP validates our core operations, dynamic pricing tracking, and hyper-local routing loops: * P2P Dispatch Interface: A lightweight, mobile-optimized customer and runner interface running seamless geolocation tracking.

 * Dynamic Catalog & Search Utility: A robust catalog that indexes both structured fast-food brands and unmapped, informal merchants.

 * Automated Data Pipelines: Integrating basic OCR (Optical Character Recognition) parser engines to digitize physical menus and cross-reference prices via crowdsourced receipt submissions.

 * MoMo Payment Gateway: Integrated mobile money processing (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo) optimized for the Ghanaian payment ecosystem, complete with secure digital receipt generation.

 5. Mutual Micro-Economic Model The MVP validates a highly sustainable, self-balancing economic flywheel: * For the Student Requestor: Saves valuable academic and study hours by outsourcing minor, repetitive chores at a transparent, zero-markup price point.

 * For the Student Runner (Income Opportunity): Solves campus unemployment by enabling students to monetize their walking or riding gaps between lectures. By completing simple, hyper-local tasks on the move, peer runners earn a reliable stream of GHS 50 to GHS 150 daily, paid directly to their Mobile Money accounts.

 6. Strategic Growth & Scalability Potential With the MVP validating operations at KNUST, the system is designed to scale across Ghana's wider network of tertiary institutions. By proving this low-overhead, commission-free delivery model, RunnerX is positioned to become the premier gateway for digitizing informal retail, banking the unbanked cash economy, and capturing student consumer data at scale across Africa’s leading university hubs.

TrustLink Escrow Platform An asynchronous escrow platform that turns fragmented social media DMs into secure, fraud-free storefronts. The Problem Social commerce on Instagram, WhatsApp, and TikTok is booming, but it is plagued by fraud. Buyers fear getting scammed, and sellers face fake payment alerts because there is no trusted middleman to verify transactions inside chat DMs. The Solution TrustLink Escrow solves this by acting as a secure transaction bridge. Sellers instantly generate a unique, dynamic payment link to drop directly into a customer's DM. How It Works 1. Secure Link: The seller creates and shares a dynamic payment link. 2. Funds Escrowed: The buyer pays, and the system ring-fences the money securely. 3. Automated Alerts: Both parties receive real-time updates and delivery reminders via SMS. 4. Safe Payout: The buyer confirms receipt of the package, triggering the secure release of funds to the seller. An integrated Dispute Lock is available to freeze payouts if any issues arise. Tech Stack 1. Core Backend & Database: Python Flask / PHP & PostgreSQL 2. Frontend: Vanilla HTML, CSS, and JavaScript 3. Payment & SMS Processing: Powered by Moolre 4. Real-time Engine: Firebase

NSAA Tickets is a guest-first event ticketing platform for the Ghanaian market, covering concerts, nightlife, conferences, weddings, and more. Buyers can purchase a ticket with just a name, phone number, and email—no forced account creation—while organizers get a self-serve dashboard to publish events, track sales, and share distribution links, and admins run a lightweight ops console for support, moderation, and payouts. The core benefit is removing friction on both ends of the transaction: buyers pay the way they already pay for everything else in Ghana (mobile money or card, no new app or login), and organizers get a transparent, fee-visible sales record without having to integrate payments themselves. All money movement runs through Moolre, which the platform uses in three complementary ways on the collection side. For mobile money, NSAA triggers a MoMo prompt (a USSD-style push to the buyer's phone asking them to approve with their PIN), including handling the OTP step some networks require before the payment clears. For buyers who prefer a hosted page or a card, it requests a Moolre-hosted checkout link instead, and for a more seamless in-page experience, it uses Moolre's own embedded JavaScript widget, which takes over the payment UI directly in the browser. Once a payment is confirmed, Moolre's SMS service — separate from its payment rails but reused from the same provider — sends the buyer a text confirming the purchase, alongside an emailed receipt with the QR ticket. Confirmation itself is handled cautiously: rather than trusting whatever a webhook claims, NSAA always calls back into Moolre's own transaction-status endpoint to independently verify that a payment actually succeeded before it marks an order paid and issues tickets. This protects against spoofed or malformed callbacks and means the system's record of "what happened" always traces back to Moolre's own authoritative answer, not an unverified message. Because organizers don't have direct access to the Moolre merchant account collecting ticket revenue, funds effectively sit with NSAA in escrow for the life of the event—money comes in continuously as tickets sell, but organizers don't receive it automatically per sale. Instead, an admin computes the eligible payout (ticket revenue collected minus anything already paid out) and releases it to the organizer as a single Moolre transfer once the event has taken place, rather than paying out mid-sale. That payout goes through the same verify-before-trust pattern as collections: NSAA re-checks the transfer's status directly with Moolre before marking it complete. This holdback model gives NSAA a natural safeguard against paying out on an event that gets cancelled or disputed before it happens while still giving organizers a fast, predictable payout right after the event concludes.

Panta

Panta is a multi-vendor marketplace that lets any Ghanaian business sell online in minutes — no developers, no expensive website builds, no payment integrations to wire up. Vendors get a ready-made, customizable storefront with checkout, delivery, and payouts built in. We built Moolre Collections in as the default checkout (Paystack as fallback): mobile money charges via the TP14 OTP flow, network channels for MTN, Telecel, and AirtelTigo, and real-time payment status polling. Funds are held in escrow until delivery is confirmed, then released to vendors and paid out automatically. Moolre powers the customer-facing charge that kicks off that whole flow. The problem we solve: Ghana's small vendors lose sales because getting online means paying developers and wiring up payments they can't afford. Panta removes that barrier entirely — and with built-in delivery logistics, we're targeting 24-hour fulfilment for local orders. Starting in Accra, beginning with a pilot at Heritage Christian University, with a roadmap to scale across Ghana.

GrabGo Ghana

GrabGo is building a digital delivery platform that connects customers, vendors and riders, starting from university campuses in Ghana. Today, ordering food or sending a parcel on many campuses still depends on phone calls and WhatsApp messages. Customers often have to ask what is available, wait for payment confirmation, search for a rider and repeatedly call for updates. This makes delivery stressful, unreliable and difficult to track. For students and busy individuals, GrabGo provides a faster and more convenient way to access food, parcels and everyday delivery services without leaving their location. Instead of depending on several phone calls, customers can place an order, pay, track its progress and receive it through one platform. GrabGo also helps vendors reach more customers, manage orders properly and reduce confusion caused by manual payment confirmations. Riders receive structured delivery requests, clear pickup and drop-off information, and transparent earnings. The platform is powered by three connected applications for customers, vendors and riders. Moolre supports the complete financial and communication journey. Moolre Collections handles secure customer payments, Moolre SMS sends payment confirmations, delivery updates and verification codes, while Moolre Disbursements sends vendor settlements and rider earnings after delivery is completed. By combining these services, GrabGo creates a more reliable experience for everyone involved, reduces payment disputes and replaces fragmented delivery processes with one organized system. We are starting from Ghana’s university campuses, where the need is clear, but our vision is to build a trusted delivery platform for communities and cities across Ghana. Sanflavva

The Problem Ghana's artisan economy is rich in product but starved of infrastructure. Walk through Makola Market, the Arts Centre, or any local craft hub and you'll find world-class handmade goods — textiles, beads, pottery, woodwork, leather. But behind the counter, it's a different story. Vendors rely on paper notebooks to track sales. Customer contacts are scribbled on scraps and lost. Payments are cash-only, shutting out the millions of Ghanaians who pay via mobile money. There's no way to know what sold yesterday, what's running low, or who bought what. And if a vendor wants to sell online? They need to navigate a maze of separate tools — a WhatsApp catalogue here, a payment app there, an Instagram page somewhere else. Nothing works together. The result: talented artisans lose sales, waste time on admin, and never reach the customers who want their products. What Sanflavva Does Sanflavva is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that gives every artisan their own complete digital store. Not just a shopping cart. Not just a website. A full business operating system that works the way they work. For the vendor at their shop: A point-of-sale (POS) system that lets them ring up sales in seconds — tap a product, take payment via cash, card, or mobile money, and print a receipt. No paper. No calculator. No lost records. For the vendor on the go: A mobile-first admin dashboard where they can snap a photo of a new product, set a price, and have it listed in their store instantly. Quick Add mode means they can capture inventory in seconds at the market, on the road, or anywhere. For the vendor reaching customers online: A beautiful, branded storefront where customers can browse products, add to cart, and check out — paying via mobile money, card, or cash on delivery. Every online order flows back into the same inventory system. For managing the business: Real-time dashboards showing sales, revenue, inventory levels, and customer insights. Team management with invite codes and role-based access. Multi-location stock tracking. Export data to CSV for offline analysis. One platform. One login. The physical shop and the digital storefront, finally working as one.
