FBx is a Ghanaian logistics technology startup transforming how businesses store, fulfill, and deliver products across Africa. We provide a tech-enabled fulfillment platform that combines smart warehousing, automated order processing, inventory management, embedded digital payments, and multi-carrier delivery, enabling businesses to streamline operations and focus on growth while we handle the complexities of fulfillment. Through our platform, customers can securely pay for orders at their doorstep using mobile money, with payments processed directly into FBx's corporate wallet. Using Moolre API's we automate the distribution of delivery fees to riders based on destination, route vendor settlements seamlessly, and provide intelligent payment fallback mechanisms including AI-assisted transaction verification and USSD self checkout to ensure deliveries are completed even in low connectivity environments. Our vision is to become the logistics and commerce infrastructure powering Africa's digital economy by making fulfillment, payments, and delivery faster, more reliable, and accessible to every business, regardless of its size or location.
