GrabGo is building a digital delivery platform that connects customers, vendors and riders, starting from university campuses in Ghana. Today, ordering food or sending a parcel on many campuses still depends on phone calls and WhatsApp messages. Customers often have to ask what is available, wait for payment confirmation, search for a rider and repeatedly call for updates. This makes delivery stressful, unreliable and difficult to track. For students and busy individuals, GrabGo provides a faster and more convenient way to access food, parcels and everyday delivery services without leaving their location. Instead of depending on several phone calls, customers can place an order, pay, track its progress and receive it through one platform. GrabGo also helps vendors reach more customers, manage orders properly and reduce confusion caused by manual payment confirmations. Riders receive structured delivery requests, clear pickup and drop-off information, and transparent earnings. The platform is powered by three connected applications for customers, vendors and riders. Moolre supports the complete financial and communication journey. Moolre Collections handles secure customer payments, Moolre SMS sends payment confirmations, delivery updates and verification codes, while Moolre Disbursements sends vendor settlements and rider earnings after delivery is completed. By combining these services, GrabGo creates a more reliable experience for everyone involved, reduces payment disputes and replaces fragmented delivery processes with one organized system.
