If a kid completes a puzzle, you tap "Visual Prompt" and you're done. If they bolt because they're overwhelmed, you log "Escape" with a tap. If they understood your lesson, just a quick input. It stays out of your way. The best part is wrapping up. Instead of writing English compositions and SOAP notes from scratch at midnight, the app takes your taps and logs to help draft a clean, clinically sound summary. It will write out something like: "Kojo showed high engagement today, requiring only gestural prompts for transitions. A brief refusal occurred for sensory input, resolved with a timer." You review it, fix anything that's off, and save it. It easily saves an hour or two of unpaid admin time. It also handles the data tracking. Instead of flipping through a messy binder during a parent meeting, you can just pull up a clear chart that shows exactly how behaviors are trending. You can point to a screen and say, "Look, escape behaviors dropped by nearly half once we started using the first/then board." It proves the interventions are working without making everyone squint at a spreadsheet. We split the app into therapist and parent modes so everyone stays aligned. Parents get a jargon-free look at what happened during the day, tied to a cute animal avatar, along with simple tips for home reinforcement. There's a shared calendar too, because if it isn't scheduled, it didn't happen. Therapy is exhausting work. Tracking it shouldn't make you want to quit.
