Prive is a privacy-first digital health access platform built for Ghana, designed to help people safely, discreetly, and confidently access sensitive health essentials through verified pharmacies. Many people delay or avoid buying sexual health products because of stigma, embarrassment, lack of privacy, and uncertainty about trusted sources. Prive solves this by giving users a secure mobile experience where they can browse available products, order privately, pay securely, and receive discreet delivery from nearby pharmacy partners. Beyond ordering, Prive includes a dedicated health library that provides clear, trusted, and easy-to-understand information around general health, sexual wellness, product usage, prevention, and responsible care. The platform also includes a dedicated AI chat assistant that users can speak to privately for guidance, education, and product-related questions before making a decision. An MVP of Prive is ready and currently in testing. First-time users can opt in for beta testing (Android only), after which they will receive an sms with instructions to download, test, and give feedback on the app. For pharmacies, Prive creates a new digital channel to reach customers, manage demand, and serve their needs more professionally while maintaining trust and discretion.
