Acadia is a connected school operations platform designed to help Ghanaian schools replace fragmented spreadsheets, paper records, and scattered WhatsApp communication with one reliable system. Schools can manage students, staff, classes, attendance, assessments, report cards, fees, and parent communication from a unified portal. Through its Moolre integration, Acadia enables parents to pay school fees securely using familiar digital payment channels, while payments are automatically verified, reconciled, and applied to the correct student account. Schools also get SMS bundles and send timely attendance alerts, fee reminders, announcements, and other important updates to parents. Parents remain connected through a dedicated mobile app and USSD access, making essential school information available even to families using basic phones or limited internet connectivity.
