About this project

The problem: Running a ride-hailing or work-and-pay fleet in Ghana is a daily reconciliation battle. One operator juggles dozens of drivers across Uber, Bolt and Yango, tracking who paid, who owes, which car is on a work-and-pay plan, and how much of each remittance is real cash versus a promise. Most of it lives in spreadsheets, notebooks, text messages and chat threads. A single mismatched record becomes a dispute — with a driver, or with the owner who financed the car and that manual grind quietly caps how large a fleet one person can actually run. The product: FLTControl is the operating system for a fleet business. From one dashboard, an operator onboards drivers and vehicles, issues invoices, runs driver wallets (earnings, bonuses, income), manages work-and-pay car loans with daily and weekly remittance & repair funds, reads cash position, outstanding liability and revenue at a glance. Drivers get their own mobile portal to see what they owe, pay it, and follow their wallet and loan — so the office stops chasing and starts overseeing. Money is the heart of FLTControl and it runs on Moolre. Drivers pay invoices and remittances through Moolre Collections checkout; the instant they pay, our webhook clears the invoice and updates every wallet automatically. Operators pay drivers and car owners with Moolre Bulk Disbursements in one click — no OTP friction. Even driver-login security runs on Moolre SMS. One integration moves money in, money out, and verifies identity. It's real. FLTControl is live on Moolre — in beta production — with GH₵58,373.76 processed and 82 drivers managed in its first two months, with real fleets remitting daily. The vision. When every cedi is visible, everyone wins: operators scale past the limits of spreadsheets, drivers get a fair and transparent record, and the owners and investors financing the cars finally have the confidence to back Ghana's transport industry again. FLTControl: Control your fleet, not your spreadsheets — powered by Moolre.
