This is a digital management and payment system built for laundromats and laundry service businesses to replace paper receipts and manual ledgers. It combines a web-based dashboard — where laundry staff and owners log orders, track payments, and manage customers — with a USSD interface that lets customers check their orders and pay from any mobile phone, even without a smartphone or internet connection. Payments are processed through Moolre, giving customers a secure way to pay in full or in installments while staff and owners see order and payment status update in real time. The system was built to solve the everyday headaches of running a laundry business by hand: lost receipts, forgotten order numbers, disputes over what was paid, and no clear way to track which employee handled which order. By digitizing the entire process — from drop-off to payment to pickup — it cuts down on lost revenue, speeds up customer service, and gives owners real visibility into their business. The application is now complete and ready to use. Getting Started with the USSD Code To use the offline/USSD version of the system, customers first need an account linked to their phone number. Here's how to set one up and test it: Log in to the web dashboard as an Admin or Superadmin using the dummy credentials provided. Go to the Clients section and create a new client account using your own phone number. Create a few dummy orders for that account so you have something to view and pay for. Once your account and orders are set up, dial the short code below from that same phone number to access the USSD version: *919*40173# From there, you can view your orders and make payments just like a real customer would.
